Interesting Facts
Spinosaurus is believed to have been semi-aquatic, hunting in the prehistoric river systems of North Africa. Its long, conical teeth lacked serrations, making them ideal for gripping slippery prey such as fish. Unlike many theropod dinosaurs, Spinosaurus likely spent much of its life in water, using its elongated skull and powerful jaws to dominate its environment.
